Conflict produces Progress

Communication starts with the community
1. If we can not have productive mature dialogue that leads us to our goals, we have nothing to communicate to the staff and should not complain about the lack of communication.
2. We must accept that instead of asking questions, we need to find our own answers. The solution to any problem lies within ourselves. Coming together, there should be nothing we cannot change. Instead of putting the blame on others we will asign ourselves a goal. If we see a problem, we will rise to the occasion. Instead of complaining, we will put ourselves to work. We are the answer to our problems.
3. We must realize and accept that at times we will not agree on certain things and that we very well may never agree on them. Let us have the courage, wisdom and grace to make those disagreements a strength in modeling eachother and ourselves as we continualy look for better answers and solutions. Let our differences give rise to better understanding, of ourselves and others as well as further insight into the issues and probems we seek to solve.

Makes me think of that saying,,, "Together We Stand, Divided We Fall"
How can anyone within the Sony Administration take us serious if we are always at conflict with ourselves and them,,, I am not saying we should become sheeple - but there are professional ways about airing grievances and making suggestions - attitudes need to change from the ground up - from the Noob up to HCM - We can't do anything about Noob conduct,, but we can work on our own conduct and hopefully make some changes for the better,,, we all have to learn to give a little and be flexible,,, as much as we want to we can't mold Home into what we want,,, we have to do what’s best for everyone.
That's exactly what I'm thinking too, LBE. How can we tell the Home Team to get their act together, when we the community don't even get our act together ourselves?
Well I dont know where to post this but here I go I want you to be able to get o know the managemen t team and be able to socialize I will post more later lol. I am not in the best shape.
Mahatma Gandhi said, "Honest differences are often a healthy sign of progress", and I believe this to be true. It is how we come together to express these differences and indeed to move past them and work for the common goals we all share that will define us. Will we fight amongst each other until we have nothing left to fight for, or will we stand together and shape this world into something better - something we all may be proud to call Home?
