Well guys we have decided the topic for the last two weeks in February that we will be debating is the "Beta" tag just for a filler debate before we have the whole month of march dedicated to "PRICES"
Any Questions, Suggestions or Concerns please feel free to share them!
Look, i made a calender for march ^_^ As you can see the 1st and 3rd thurday of the month are Clubhouse debates. And the 2nd and 4th are Online chatroom chats. Just to switch it up and make sure most people can come. But as you can see the first debate and chat are both empty. Now the Topic for the month of March that we are going to tackle is PRICES!

We somewhat did Communication already, and we will revisit that again soon, also we wanted to hold off on Forum moderation until a forum mod can join us, so the thrid most voted for topic was Prices. But for the first debate and chat, we need a few questions, Submitted by YOU! that we should address at the debate and chat about Prices on home. Then, after that Debate and Chat, we will come back and talk only about a solution to the problem, and what WE can do to fix it.
So the first 2 weeks of the month we brainstorm and talk about the issue in depth breaking it down with specific questions as we try and answer ourselves. Then, the second half of the month we will try and make the change we want to see happen. Through our actions and through spreading the word by comunicating and exploring all posibilities in order to make the change we want a reality. So the second half, we put ourselves to work. But we still need the specific questions and break down of the issue for the first 2 debates. So please fill the comment section with questions and issues you think we need to answer and adress at the debate and chat about PRICES before we move forward with a solution.

you might want post more professionally if you want HOD to be taken seriously.
Why do so many home users have to be so Negative.?. Damn, its really difficult to try and make any Difference in home when the Users are the Ones NOT allowing any progress to be possibly found or made. They just want Progress 2 HAPPEN out of thin Air without them having to work for it. If you Can't even allow any Fun to be Had in these debates (example.. Calendars, Game Nights, attending the Forum Party, being "Creative" in any way) then how can you expect to make any positive progress that we could take to the Managers to help them be able to do their jobs better and more efficiently?
Stop being so Negative People! Lets have some Fun!..Working Hard IS what we are doing here, but theres no reason you can't have fun while Working!
There is NO Magic Fairy Dust that MAGICALLY fixes the problems in Home! we Have to work together to make Home better! >.< this isnt Disney!
Not going to lie. I had to have a friend of mine read to me what that said. And I personally don't mind having fun here and there but stuff like this could be taken a bit more seriously in my honest opinion
i agree to an extent. the calendar (however adorable) but maybe not professional.
The posting style can be changed to a more professional look if the majority of users agree that it should be done that way. i personally agree. i wanted professional from the beginning but i was overruled and told to be more creative (which is hilarious cuz im the artist...) But yes, a more professional look i believe should be adopted from here on out.
so from april Onward how about we make the calendars more professional?
Overruled? By who exactly? I don't remember any specific user suggesting how we were to make it from my memory.
YEs, we will make it more professional for one person. And we agree it should be. So we will try strictly professional. No more colors or pictures and im sure the colored polls are anoying too so we will make it more to the point and strict from now on and we hope u enjoy.
In fact, since u suggested, would u like to make the callender for April? We are all about encouraging users to get off their ass and do what they think needs to be changed themselves. we want to put the users to work, instead of just complaining. Instead of just making comments, we want to do something and work and get our hands dirty, use a little elbow grease and we honeslty need all the help we can get. And we want to turn men of words into men of action as well. Please dnt see this as an attack but as an invitation or pley for help. We cant do all of this ourselves or on our own. If you feel like something different needs to be done, or that something can be added, we would love to initiative on everyone's behalf to step in and help in any way they can. Pick up some of the slack or do something for us if you have a spare minute. That would realy Help this debates grow and evolve.
All I heard from the meeting is if "someone" was interested in doing the calendar. I don't mind and pointing it out as one person is an attack against that one person. And there is one problem, I don't know WHAT the Calendar will be for April since you all changed to the time where I'm not at home at all during those hours. And yes before you say "Wy didnt u sy so?" I did actually more than once.
Well asoccer, u said so urself on your twitter that the debate time should not be changed just cause one person cant make it. When u said that, the debate was scheduled for a thursday, and we had moved it to a friday, and you were mad we had postponed the debates from Thursday. We had a vote open on the Blog to ask the best time and day for the debates, (we arent too sure how accurate those are yet) and people chose to have them on thursdays. So we moved them back to Thursday. And we cant realy change the date just cause u cant make it, sry, we are only taking the very advice you gave us.
We aren't sure what the topic for april is yet, but its nice to know ur willing to WORK with us to get that done. If you'd like, u can even remake the march calender if its too unprofessional. Now is it the professional look and feel of the blog ur concerned about or are u just mad that u cant attend the new time? We really want u to attend asoccer. You are a very active and well informed debater and carry much enthusiasm to the topics you discuss. We want u there, we are upset that u cant come as well. And its not an attack against you, as i said, we want everyone to help out where they feel there is slack or something missing or being done wrong by us. We want (all) users to become men of action and not just words. that is the only way we are gonna get anything done. And i know u agree. I just addressed you cause u brought up something u wanted changed, so i responded with a challenge, and i will do the same to others as well, we want u guys to take an ACTIVE Hands on approach to solving the issues you want fixed.
